The Board of Education of Eldorado C.U.S.D. #4 met in regular session in the Board Room #219. Board President, David Bartok, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Board members present and answering roll call were: David Bartok, Austin Bradley, Bryce Hampton, Preston Justice, Grant Loudy and Keith Oglesby. Absent: Ron Bradley. Present: Supt. Ryan Hobbs, Cody Cusic and Michelle Bradley, recording secretary. Others: None.

Keith Oglesby made a motion to approve the regular meeting minutes for 2-20-20 (Ref to Doc Reg II- 1-25). Preston Justice seconded the motion. Roll call vote taken and motion carried. Voting yes: Bartok, Austin Bradley, Hampton, Justice, Loudy and Oglesby. Voting no: None. Absent: Ron Bradley.

Austin Bradley made a motion to approve the February, 2020 Treasurer’s Report (Ref to Doc Reg II-1- 26). Grant Loudy seconded the motion. Roll call vote taken and motion carried. Voting yes: Bartok, Austin Bradley, Ron Bradley, Hampton, Justice, Loudy and Oglesby. Voting no: None. Absent: None.
Keith Oglesby made a motion to approve the payment of Unit #4 bills (Ref to Doc Reg II-1-27). Grant Loudy seconded the motion. Roll call vote taken and motion carried. Voting yes: Bartok, Austin Bradley, Ron Bradley, Hampton, Justice, Loudy and Oglesby. Voting no: None. Absent: None.
Preston Justice made a motion to approve the second reading and adoption of board policies 2:70, 2:70-E, 2:105, 2:110, 2:200, 2:220, 2:220-E2, 2:220-E6, 2:250, 2:250-AP1, 2:250-AP2, 2:250-E2 and 4:15- AP1 (Ref to Doc Reg II-5-17). Austin Bradley seconded the motion. Roll call vote taken and motion carried. Voting yes: Bartok, Austin Bradley, Ron Bradley, Hampton, Justice, Loudy and Oglesby. Voting no: None. Absent: None.
Keith Oglesby made a motion to approve the first reading of board policies 2:260, 3:50, 4:30, 4:40, 4:110, 4:140, 5:20, 5:20-AP, 5:20-E, 5:30, 5:120-AP1, 5:190, 5:220, 5:220-AP, 5:250, 5:285, 5:290 and 5:330 (Ref to Doc Reg II-5-18). Preston Justice made a motion to approve advertising for bids for bakery products, dairy products, fire extinguisher service, trash, fuel and pest control (Ref to Doc Reg II-6-23). Austin Bradley seconded the motion. Roll call vote taken and motion carried. Voting yes: Bartok, Austin Bradley, Ron Bradley, Hampton, Justice, Loudy and Oglesby. Voting no: None. Absent: None.
Preston Justice made a motion to accept the bid from Shay Roofing at $52,186 for the middle school roof (Ref to Doc Reg II-2-4). Austin Bradley seconded the motion. Keith Oglesby made a motion to approve a medical leave for Debbie McRoy effective March 17 to the end of the school year (Ref to Doc Reg II-3-29). Grant Loudy seconded the motion. Keith Oglesby made a motion to accept the letter of retirement from Robin Goodley including the 6% incentive stated in EEA contract effective at the end of the 2023-2024 school year (Ref to Doc Reg II-4-12).
