The regular meeting of the Jasper School Board of Education was called to order by Board President Derek Demaret and Andrew Weaver taking the minutes at 6:00 p.m. with following board members present:
Present at the hearing: Derek Demaret, Lachelle Thompson, Lance Hinkle and Rennie Cates
Absent at the hearing: Chris Barbre, Andrew Weaver and Beth Titzer
The consent agenda, which includes minutes of previous regular board meeting, executive session, bills and payrolls and destruction of closed session minutes were then approved on a motion by Rennie Cates and seconded by Lance Hinkle. The votes were as follows:

Lachelle Thompson –yes Andrew Weaver – absent
Rennie Cates –yes Beth Titzer – absent
Chris Barbre – absent
A motion was made by Rennie Cates and seconded by Lance Hinkle to accept resignation of Jon Julius, Superintendent at the end of FY2020. The votes were as follows:

Rennie Cates –yes Beth Titzer – absent

A motion was made by Rennie Cates and seconded by Lance Hinkle to approve resolution to rehire with reduced hours paraprofessional aide, Jamie Cline, to individual aide status beginning 2020/2021 school year. The votes were as follows:

Lachelle Thompson –yes Andrew Weaver – absent
Rennie Cates –yes Beth Titzer – absent

A motion was made by Rennie Cates and seconded by Lance Hinkle to rehire non certified staff.

A motion was made by Lance Hinkle and seconded by Rennie Cates to award Prairie Farms and Bimbo Bakeries milk and bread bids. The votes were as follows:

A motion was made by Rennie Cates and seconded by Lance Hinkle to authorize superintendent and bookkeeper to begin FY21 budget. The votes were as follows:
