The Harrisburg City Council met at 8:00 a.m. in the Council Room of City Hall, Harrisburg, IL.
Mayor John McPeek called the meeting to order. Mayor John McPeek presided over the meeting with Commissioners Rupert Johnson, Roger Angelly and Ron Morse answering roll call. Commissioner Raymond Gunning was absent.
Commissioner Roger Angelly made the motion to approve the consent agenda. Seconded by
Regular Meeting Minutes – December 03, 2020
Environmental Resources - $83,000.00 – TIF - #2079
Commissioner Rupert Johnson. A roll call vote was taken with all present voting yes. Motion carried.
Commissioner Ron Morse made the motion to approve Ordinance 1820 for the 2020/2021 Tax Levy as presented by Treasurer David Cox. Seconded by Commissioner Roger Angelly. A roll call vote was taken with all present voting yes. Motion carried.
Commissioner Roger Angelly made the motion to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner Ron Morse. A roll call vote was taken with all present voting yes. Motion carried.
