Hamilton County Community Unit District No. 10 Board of Education Met Dec. 18.

The Board of Education of Hamilton County Community Unit District No. 10 met in special session at 11:00 a.m. in the Unit Office.
The meeting was called to order by Board President Dennis Lynch. Roll Call was as follows: Present – Bob Gray, Tim Millenbine, Clint Ragan, Justin Woodrow, and Dennis Lynch. Absent – Jeff Lueke and Ellen Rubenacker.
Motion by Gray, second by Ragan to approve a resolution providing for the issue of approximately $3,077,700 of General Obligation Refunding School Bonds, Series 2021, of the District, for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding bonds of the District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof. Roll Call Vote – Voting Yes – Gray, Ragan, Millenbine, Woodrow, and Lynch. Motion carried.
Motion by Woodrow, second by Ragan to adjourn the meeting. Vote was taken by voice and motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 11:26 a.m.
