Wabash Area Development issued the following announcement on Feb. 19.
SNOW FUN!! This WADI Early Head Start child is enjoying the snow. She is getting exercise and learning how to take turns. She is dressed for the weather, with layers of clothing, boots, hat, and gloves. She has also learned to relax and enjoy getting a ride in the snow!
