City of Carmi City Council Met April 6.

Approve March 16, 2021, Council Meeting Minutes.
For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
TIF Façade Grant, Carmi Fitness Center, 319 N. First (Revised location).
TIF Façade Grant: Daniel Kearns, 201 N. Walnut Street.
TIF Agreement: Jason Belford, 510 East Main Street (Formerly Tate’s Bait Barn).
Reappointment of Keith Hoskins as Trustee on the Police Pension Fund Board for a two (2) year term effective June 1, 2021, to May 31, 2023.
Discussion and possible approval to purchase a Street Sweeper.
Reports and/or updates from Mayor Pollard
Reports from Standing Committees.
Business or comments from visitors.
Closed Session to discuss personnel and property issues with no action to follow.
