Fairfield Memorial Hospital issued the following announcement on May 09.
Our Urgent Care nurses are dedicated to helping you 7 days a week. They take the time to properly triage each patient, ensuring that you receive the proper level of care. They are here for you when you need seen, be it after work or school, or on the weekend, for cold, flu, strep, minor strains or sprains, and other ailments that need addressed today, but are not serious enough for a visit to the Emergency Department.
They ensure that you receive care now, not later, to include taking care of patients that come through our Respiratory Illness Screening Tent!
