City of Carmi City Council Met May 4.

Approve April 20, 2021 Council Meeting Minutes
Mr. Greg Stewart, City Attorney will administer the Oaths of Office to the newly-elected City Officials: Sheila Headlee, Alderman Ward 1, Doug Hays, Alderman Ward 2, Steve Winkleman, Alderman Ward 3 and Tracy Nelson, Alderman Ward 4. Oaths of Office administered to Cynthia Attebury, City Clerk and Jeff Pollard, Mayor.
For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
Resolution 05.04.2021; A resolution renewing the employee’s safety incentive program for the period of April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
TIF Agreement: Jansen Auto Group, LLC for a parking lot resurfacing projection.
Resolution 05.05.2021: A resolution authorizing an agreement with Jansen Auto Group, LLC for a parking lot resurfacing project utilizing TIF.
Greg Stewart, City Attorney, to discuss building permits and demolition permits.
Greg Stewart, City Attorney, to discuss previously tabled changes of ordinances, section 8 of Ordinance #20, Ordinance #918 and Ordinance #1199; Ordinances pertaining to regulating nuisances and livestock within the City of Carmi.
Reports and/or updates from Mayor Pollard.
Reports from Standing Committees.
Business or comments from visitors.
Closed Session to discuss personnel and property issues with no action to follow.
