The Board of Education of Fairfield Community High School District #225 met in the study hall for the purpose of a public hearing for budget amendment. President Chris Miller called the hearing to order at 6:00 P.M. The following members answered to roll call:

Also in attendance were: Jill Fulkerson, Superintendent/Principal; Rhonda Buchanan; Ken Otey, WFIW; Tom Mathews, Wayne County Press; and Clifford Reever.
There was no public comment.
Motion by Jeremy Carter, seconded by Matt Rush to adjourn from the public hearing on the budget amendment at 6:01 P.M.

Motion by Jeremy Carter, seconded by Matt Rush to adopt the FY21 budget amendment which includes the resolution to abate $108,500 of Working Cash to Operations and Maintenance Fund, and also the second monthly payment of Evidence-Based Funding for June be directed to the O & M Fund.
