1. Possible approval of Mobile/Modular Home Permit: 309 College Blvd.
2. Ordinance 1577: An ordinance establishing minimum and maximum setbacks for the City of Carmi’s public water supply wells #5 and #6.
3. Resolution 10.05.2021: A resolution to withdraw the City of Carmi from an agreement with White County in regards to the use, operation and maintenance of the City County Jail
4. Resolution 10.06.2021: A resolution authorizing the purchase of 703 Oak Street, Carmi, White County, Illinois.
5. Reports and/or updates from Mayor Pollard
6. Reports from Standing Committees.
7. Business or comments from visitors.
8. Closed Session to discuss property and personnel issues with no action to follow.
