City of Mount Carmel issued the following announcement on Oct. 5
Monday October 18, 2021 we will be starting our Fall Leaf program. See attached map for route schedule.
- First area will be the Streets East of Walnut and South of Froman Dr. (highlighted in Green on map)
- Second area will be the Streets West of Walnut and South of 1520 Poplar Street, including Oak Meadows sub-division, and Lambert Drive sub-division. (highlighted in Orange on map)
- Third area will be the streets North of 13th Street including all the sub-divisions north of 13th street. (highlighted blue)
