Carrier Mills-Stonefort Unit #2 Board of Education met Nov. 1.
Here are the minutes provided by the board:
I) Call to Order by: Mr. Scott Figg at 5:00 p.m.
II) Roll Call by: Mr. Clay Nolen
Present: Isaac Craig, John Cummins, Scott Figg, Clay Nolen, and Kassi Reeves.
Absent: Rhonda Felty and Ryan Lewis.
III) Recognition of Visitors: Mr. Chris Field and Mr. Derek Field were present. Mr. Chris Field asked the Board where applications could be picked up, where positions were advertised, and if this method was typically used. Superintendent Jerrell explained to Mr. Field that applications can be picked up at the CMSF High School, positions were advertised in the paper, and that the Daily Register and the SI Dollar Saver have both been used in the past to advertise job openings.
IV) Closed Session (the Board did not enter into Closed Session)
V) Action on Closed Session Items
A) Motion: To hire Mrs. Tracy Lambert as a Registered Medical Assistant.
Motion by Mr. Nolen, 2nd by Mrs. Reeves.
Roll Call By: Mr. Nolen.
Aye: Mr. Craig, Mr. Cummins, Mr. Figg, Mr. Nolen, Mrs. Reeves.
Nay: None.
Absent: Mrs. Felty and Mr. Lewis.

Motion: To Adjourn at 5:05 p.m. by Mr. Craig, 2nd by Mr. Cummins.
