3. Discussion and/or action on proposed aggregate tax levy.

5. Discussion and/or action on acknowledging the donation from the Eagles and where to apply. 

6. Discussion and/or action on November Zoning Report. 

7. Discussion of Department Reports. 

8. Discussion and/or action on contract A change order, final payment & substantial completion for the Water Tower. 

9. Discussion and/or action approving amendment No 3 to the engineering services agreement regarding the water tower project, 

10. Discussion and/or action authorizing Shawnee to request inspection trips to the tank demolition site. 

11. Discussion and/or action on employee health insurance. 

12. Discussion and/or action on the city's unemployment insurance. 

13. Discussion and/or action on ICRMT insurance renewal. 

14. Discussion and/or action on IMRF ERI Resolution dated 01/01/22-01/01/23. 

15. Discussion and/or action to proceed with an ordinance change to allow gaming within the city limits. 

16. Discussion and/or action on approving firefighter pay. 

17. Discussion and or action on accepting the resignation of Brad Cross from the Library Board effective 04/30/2022. 

18. Discussion and/or action on approving a 30-minute parking spot on West Main Street for use of the McCoy Library. 

19. Discussion and/or action on approving the lease renewal for property (12 acres) located at 8953 Airport Road. 

20. Discussion/Action on approval of TIF for Wuebbels Repair, LLC in the amount of $4,551.26 for the property located at 505 West Market Street.
