Possible approval of Mobile/Modular Home Permit:401 Schumaker Street.
Cynthia Attebury, City Clerk will present for David Andreas and Jeremy Billington the renewal of the Symetra Stop Loss Insurance for the City of Carmi Health Care Plan’s reinsurance policy from 02/01/2022 to 01/31/2023.
Proposal from Alpha Mechanical Services, Inc. for repair of fluid cooler leak at the Carmi Light Plant in the amount of $23,585.00
TIF Façade Agreement request from the White County Historical Society for 110 South Main Cross Street (Robinson Stewart House) for $5000.00.
Mayor is requesting a budget of $150,000.00 for remodeling, furniture, and equipment for the new Police Department on Oak Street.
