The Harrisburg City Council met at 8:30 a.m. in the Council Room of City Hall, Harrisburg, IL.
Mayor Pro-Tem Ron Morse called the meeting to order. Mayor Pro-Tem Ron Morse presided over the meeting with Commissioners Raymond Gunning, Roger Angelly, and Rupert Johnson answering roll call. Mayor John McPeek was absent.
Commissioner Raymond Gunning led the group in prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.
Commissioner Roger Angelly made the motion to go into Executive Session to discuss Personnel. Seconded by Commissioner Raymond Gunning. A roll call vote was taken with all present voting yes. Motion carried.
Adjourn: 8:32 a.m.
Reconvene: 8:40 a.m.
Commissioner Roger Angelly made the motion to return to regular session. Seconded by Commissioner Rupert Johnson. A roll call vote was taken with all present voting yes. Motion carried.
