City of Carmi City Council met Feb. 15.

Roll Call.
Approve February 1, 2022, Council Meeting Minutes
Approve January 2022 Financial Reports for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
Approve and authorize February 2022 vendor invoices for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
a) Ordinance 1582 An ordinance authorizing the issuance of Electric Revenue Bonds of the City in an aggregate principal amount of $3,250,000, or in lieu thereof, General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,250,000 for the purpose of paying the costs of improving the electric system within the City and for the refunding of certain outstanding bonds of said City. authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) of the City in an aggregate principal amount of $1,500,000, for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding bonds of said City.
b) Ordinance 1583 An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of Electric Revenue Bonds of the City in an aggregate principal amount of $3,250,000, or in lieu thereof, General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,250,000 for the purpose of paying the costs of improving the electric system within the City and for the refunding of certain outstanding bonds of said City. authorizing the issuance of Electric Revenue Bonds of the City in an aggregate principal amount of $3,250,000, or in lieu thereof, General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,250,000 for the purpose of paying the costs of improving the electric system within the City and for the refunding of certain outstanding bonds of said City.
c) Ordinance 1584 an Ordinance outlining the Net Metering Policy for the City of Carmi
