6. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment amount received was $53,493.72
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Angie Messmer, University of Illinois Extension, RE: the Fy 2023 Agreement with the county asking for commitment of $25,000.00.
2. Paula Hatfield, Hamilton County Extension Foundation, Discussion / Approval of a 2022 Hamilton County, IL plat book project.
3. Andy Rubenacker & Jerry Prince, cochairmen of the 2021 Bicentennial Committee. Seeking approval from the county board to display signage on the courthouse lawn.
4. Review/ Discuss/ Approve the request for Sponsorship from the Hamilton County Relay for Life Fy2022 from Committee, Sponsorship Chairman, Nolene Rubenacker. Sponsorship in the amount of ___________ to be paid out of #1504 Community Donations.
5. Review / Discuss / Approve: Letter of Commitment for the Illinois South Tourism Bureau in the amount of ____________ to be taken out of #1504 Community Donations.

10. Review / Approve : the (3) year Contract with Election Systems & Software for Election Services, Ballots and Coding. Total Discounted amount of $10,011.80 annually which reflect a 20.70 % savings.
11. Approve the Re- Appointment of Beth Sandusky, Hamilton County Circuit Clerk to the Hamilton County EDC board.
12. Approve the Re-Appointment of Sandra Burke to the Hamilton County Housing Authority board for a (5) year term effective March 1st, 2022 ending February 28th, 2027.

16. Discuss / Approve: Resolution #2022-13 : The Hamilton County Board of Supervisors accept the following proposals for furnishing materials required for 22-00000-00-GM providing that no protest are received and that the Division of Highways, State of Illinois, be requested to approve the award.
