For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
Ordinance 1587: Amendment to zoning ordinance #778 for the City of Carmi, IL Residential (Zone IV) to business (Zone II) 637 Oak Street.
Resolution No. 03.09.2022; A resolution authorizing an agreement with Stinson Appraisal Service for an existing building redevelopment project located at 306 Commerce Street utilizing Tax Increment Financing (TIF).
Keith Botsch to present Ordinance 1588; An ordinance for the annual appropriations for the City of Carmi Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022.
Ordinance 1589: An ordinance prohibiting parking at any time on the west side of the northbound lane of College Boulevard from Renshaw Avenue for 136 feet to the south.
Greg Brown to give an update on the Carmi Municipal Airport updates and activities.
