Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.
Madison Barnard, Phlebotomist, who works in the FMH Laboratory Department, was chosen as the April 2022 Employee of the Month. Madison has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since April of 2018.
“Madison is an extraordinary Phlebotomist. She works diligently to produce the best results and impeccable patient care. She is always willing to go above and beyond for her patients and her co-workers.” commented Robbie Hale MA, MT(AAB), FMH Laboratory Director.
“Madison demonstrates daily her commitment to teamwork and is an outstanding asset to our FMH Laboratory. It takes a lot of effort and teamwork to fulfill all the requirements needed to be a Phlebotomist and to do it all on a high-quality level.
