Fairfield Community High School District #225 Board of Education met June 9.

The Board of Education of Fairfield Community High School District #225 met in the district office at 6 P.M. for the purpose of approving the purchase of window shades, resolution to purchase real estate, and accept the resignation of Registrar and employment of a Special Education teacher, Career Counselor and Registrar. The following members answered to roll call:

Also in attendance were: Jill Fulkerson, Superintendent/Principal; Rhonda Buchanan; Jarrod Pruitt, Wayne County Press; and Jeff Vaughan, WFIW.
Motion by Tony Conrad, seconded by Jeremy Carter to approve the purchase of shades for the purpose of creating an additional classroom on the third floor in the former Computer Lab.

Motion by Matt Rush, seconded by Jeremy Carter to approve the resolution to purchase real estate at 301 West King Street at the price of $28,000 from Donnie and Joni Pollard.
