NEW BUSINESS:
1. Dale Holtman, with Scheffell & Boyle, County Auditor RE: Approval of the Hamilton County Audit Report for year ending November 30th, 2021.
2. Approve the Hamilton County Circuit Clerk Audit Report as prepared by Scheffell & Boyle.
3. Review / Discuss / Approve: Amended Ordinance #08-2022 RE: allotting $40,000. Of ARPA funds to McLeansboro Kiwanis for the FY 2022 Fall Festival.
4. Review / Discuss / Approve the Fy 23 Annual Budget Plan submitted by the University of Illinois Extension Unit #24 submitted by Angie Messmer, County Extension Director.
5. Review / Discuss / Approve the Southern 14 Workforce Board Grant submission which requires the Chief Elected Official’s signature.
6. Approve the request submitted by Southeastern Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission in the amount of $1,374.24 for Local Dues for April – June, 2022.
7. Accept check #32936 in the amount of $609.43 from United Counties Council of Illinois for the reimbursement of 2nd quarter Fy2022 membership meeting attendance and mileage expenses.
