Firearm Safety Day

Details: On Thursday November 17, 2022 at 4:30 pm The Carmi Police Department will be sponsoring a Firearm Safety Day. This will include going over key aspects of firearm safety rules and hunting safety rules as well as talking about several different types of firearms. This event is geared toward school age youth.
At the conclusion of the event Officers will answer any questions about firearm safety. This event will take place at the University of Illinois Extension Office located at 1715 College Avenue in Carmi. All school age youth are invited to attend.
