Be sure to purchase your raffle ticket to win one of these wreaths! Tickets are $1.00 a ticket or 6 tickets for $5 and can be purchased from the FMH Marketing Department; FMH Administration; Brenda Ware-Roge RN, ACO Coordinator at Horizon; Hospital and Horizon Registration Departments. Winners will be drawn on December 9th at 2:00pm. Proceeds from these tickets will go toward Kicks for Kids.
