The Board of Education of Fairfield Community High School District #225 met in the study hall for regular sessionon Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. The following members answered to roll call:

Also in attendance were: Jill Fulkerson, Superintendent/Principal; Bobby Wells, Assistant Principal; Rhonda Buchanan; and Jarrod Pruitt, Wayne County Press.
Motion by Matt Rush, seconded by Kim King to approve the consent agenda which includes the prior month’s board minutes, monthly financial report and payment of bills.

Motion by Tony Conrad, seconded by Jeremy Carter to convene to executive session at 6:17 P.M. for purpose of district superintendent annual evaluation and consideration on hiring a part time custodian and a full time substitute
teacher.
