Georgia Opell, CNA who works in Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s awarding winning Skilled Care Unit, was selected as the February 2023 Employee of the Month. Georgia has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since December of 2018. Georgia has a kind demeanor and is outstanding with the patients on the Skilled Care Unit.
“Georgia consistently sets a high standard of care on our Skilled Care Unit. She ensures the residents get the best care possible while she is on duty. She is willing to work wherever needed, on any shift, and she knows what is required and expected of her. Georgia is very deserving of this award for her commitment and dedication to FMH Skilled Care Unit.” sommented Mariah Minor, RN, BSN, Skilled Care Unit Nurse Leader.
