                    1. Inhouse Design ASAP for June Letting – (March Submittal)

        c. Other Business

               i. Discussion and Possible Action – ICC @ 600E and 1600N Rail Safety Project.

                    1. Round Table designing the plan, profile and cost estimate for approval.

               ii. IDOT Audit

                    1. All documents have been sent – to date.

        d. New Highway Facility

               i. Buildings and Grounds

                    1. Still moving forward with bids for removal and remodel as previously approved.

        e. Equipment/Maintenance Report

               i. Moving forward with possible purchase of a Tractor.
