There were 1,299 white students enrolled in Wabash Community Unit School District 348 in the 2021-22 school year, 3.7% less than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Wabash Community Unit School District 348 welcomed 1,485 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 94.1% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.

Wabash Community Unit School District 348 roughly covers schools within Wabash County and has a main office in Mount Carmel.

Among the four schools in Wabash Community Unit School District 348, Mount Carmel High School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 452 students.
