There were 482 white students enrolled in Wayne City Community Unit School District 100 in the 2021-22 school year, 3.8% less than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Wayne City Community Unit School District 100 welcomed 565 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 97.2% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.
