b. Road Improvement Program

i. Dahlgren Road South

1. Scheduled to begin September 25th – Weather Permitting

2. Approval of Resolution #2023-15 to Pay the Balance to Complete the Contract.

c. Other Business

i. ICC @ 600E and 1600N Rail Safety Project.

iii. Oil & Chip – Pavement Preservation

1. Completed August 29th.

i. Buildings and Grounds

1. Office renovation

a. Office has been cleaned.

b. Met with Kelley Electric to re-connect A/C.

c. Discussion as to plans/ideas for the office facility – No Update

i. Maintenance of Roof on Main Shop

ii. Re-Metal the Office

iii. Build new office area – Pole Barn to match existing?

e. Equipment/Maintenance Report

i. Red Tandem Fire Damage

ii. Discussion and Possible Approval to advertise to purchase New or Used Tractor to replace the other Tractor.

i. Discussion and Possible Approval of Sale
