City of McLeansboro Township Board met Feb. 13.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

The regular monthly meeting of the McLeansboro Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Clydus Gray. The meeting was held on February 13, 2024 at the Township building. There were no public comments.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting

As called for, the minutes from the January 2024 meeting were read by the Clerk. As noobjections were made, a motion to accept the minutes as written was made by Becky Cross andseconded by Dennis Johnson. Motion carried.

Old Business:

Decennial Committee Report

- Supervisor Gray said he was working to finalize the report required of the Decennial Committee. Upon completion and approval, the report will be submitted to the County Boardas required.

New Business:

There was no New Business to discuss.

Monthly Claims

- Road and Bridge Fund, Building and Equipment Fund and Permanent Road Fundclaimswere provided to the Board for review. Motion to pay those bills was made by BobBrockett and seconded by Kyle Ingram. Motion Carried.

- Town Fund and Social Security Fund claims were also presented to the Board. Amotionto pay those bills was made by Becky Cross and seconded by Dennis Johnson. That motion also carried.

There being no further business to conduct, motion to adjourn was made by Becky Cross andseconded by Kyle Ingram. Motion Carried.
