a) Review and possible approval of fuel bids.
b) Brown and Roberts; Grant Rebuild Illinois Design Engineer Invoice for $99,828.28.
c) Brown and Roberts Grant Administration Invoice for $8,500.00.
d) Consider bids for Hwy 11-1000E watermain replacement using NEU funds.
e) Patrick Scates to discuss Farm to Table.
