c) Resolution 05.08.24; A resolution to execute agreement with Brown & Roberts, Inc. for Rosebud Road Watermain.
d) Resolution 05.09.24; A Resolution authorizing an agreement with Kinmac Inc. for a redevelopment project utilizing tax increment financing.
