City of Carmi City Council will meet June 18.

Here is the agenda provided by the council:

1. Call to order by Mayor Pollard, Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Roll Call.

3. Approve June 4, 2024, Council Meeting Minutes

4. Approve May 2024 Financial Reports for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.

5. Approve and authorize June 2024 vendor invoices for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.

6. Botsch and Associates to present Annual Financial Report and Independent Auditor’s Report for the City of Carmi for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

7. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:

a) Resolution 06.18.24; A resolution renewing the employee safety incentive program for the period of April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.

b) Reappointment of Ron Wooten and Ellen Legg to the Carmi Public Library Board with the term beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2027.

c) Ordinance No 1624-A; An ordinance annexing territory to the City of Carmi — Parcel 13-23-19-014.

d) Approval of TIF invoice: Southern Illinois Title in the amount of $300.00 (paid from TIF 2)

e) Approval of TIF invoice: White County Clerk and Recorder in the amount of $80.00 for easement filing for Rosebud Water Project (paid from TIF 2).

f) Resolution 06.18.2024; Resolution Authorizing Mayor to Enter Agreement for Activity Delivery and Grant Administration (Grant is for Sycamore Street Service Area Water Main Replacement).

8. Reports and/or updates from Mayor Pollard

9. Reports from Standing Committees.

10. Business or comments from visitors.

11. Closed Session to discuss personnel with possible action to follow.

12. Adjournment
