City of McLeansboro Township Board met June 11.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

The June 11th, 2024 Township board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Clydus Gray. The meeting was held at the McLeansboro Township building. There were no publiccomments.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting

Minutes from the May 2024 meeting were read by the Clerk. As there were no corrections tobe made, a motion to approve the minutes, as written, was made by Becky Cross and secondedby Bob Brockett. Motion carried.

Old and New Business:

There was no old or new business to discuss.

Miscellaneous:

Eva Lynn Gray provided the Board with an overview detailing progress that has been madeinupdating cemetery records as well as the production of new up-to-date maps. The newmapfor one half of Hopewell Cemetery has been completed and it was shown to the Boardfor review. Updating of the second half of that cemetery is under way and should be completedinthe near future.

Monthly Claims:

- Road and Bridge Fund, Building and Equipment Fund and Permanent Road Fundclaimswere provided for review. Motion by Bob Brockett and seconded by Dennis Johnsonto pay those bills. Motion carried.

- Town Fund and Social Security Fund claims were also presented to the Board. Motionby Kyle Ingram and seconded by Becky Cross to pay those bills. Motion carried.

There being no further business to conduct, a motion to adjourn was made by Dennis Johnsonand seconded by Kyle Ingram. Motion carried
