CONSENT AGENDA

1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of July, 2024. Salaries: $9,213.00 Fringes: $965.03 Insurance: $1,199.81.

2. Accept check # _________ in the amount of $285.00 from the Hamilton County Health Department for reimbursement of Kunce Managed Services through the end of August 2024.

3. Accept check # 46125 in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of July 2024.

4. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $49,865.54.

5. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $49,947.97. This is liability MO- May 2024, Collected MO- June 2024 Vouchered MO- Aug 2024.

6. Review the FY24 Annual Budget Plan and fully executed agreement for the U of I Extension submitted by Angie Messmer.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Discussion and possible approval: Location reservations for the 2024 Courthouse Christmas Party.

2. Illinois Department of Employment Security update by Eric Makela, IDES Labor Economist.

3. UCCI and Wade update by P.E. Cross

4. Discussion and possible approval: The request from Jessica Barbre, Administrative Assistant of the Southern 14 Workforce Investment Board, to sign their Chief Elected Official and Grant Recipient/Fiscal Agent Agreement.

5. Discussion and possible approval: to establish a committee to review the County’s clean energy ordinances.

6. Discussion and possible approval: Ordinance #2024-08-01 to establish gas milage reimbursement.

7. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2024-08-01 to allow the Hamilton County EMA to participate in the State of Illinois Federal Surplus Property Program.

8. Discussion and possible approval: The list of Election Judges to be used during the 2024-2026 term.
