a) Ordinance No. 1628; An ordinance Prohibiting Parking on the East Side of Fifth Street between Stewart Street & Sycamore Street (TABLED FROM AUGUST 20TH MEETING.)
b) Possible road closure of South Church (between Main & Robinson), Robinson (between Jessup & Walnut), Walnut (between Cherry & Robinson).
c) Resolution 09.03.2024; A resolution authorizing the transfer of TIF funds between TIF 1 and TIF 2.
d) Pay Request: Marshall Electric, Inc. for $19,495.00 – Work performed at 225 East Main Street to install generator (Pay from TIF 2).
e) Ordinance 1629: Ordinance directing sale of real estate.
f) Ordinance 1630: An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 915.
g) Contractor’s Partial Payment Estimate Trikote LLC for $301,927.50 (Payable from Rebuild Grant).
