City of Carmi City Council met Oct. 1.

3. Approve September 17, 2024, Council Meeting Minutes.
4. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval.
a. Resolution 10.01.24; A resolution moving the November disconnection date for unpaid utilities to November 25, 2024.
b. Resolution 10.02.24; A resolution to close parts of Cherry Street and Main 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on October 31st for Trunk or Treat.
c. Ordinance No. 1636; An ordinance establishing electric policies for the City of Carmi and repealing Ordinance No. 1066 and 1427
d. Ordinance No. 1637; A replacement for Ordinance No. 1613, 1608, 1584, 1602, and 1605 regarding Net Metering Policy.
e. Discussion regarding Skid Steerer (Used in multiple departments of City and Light & Water).
5. Reports and/or updates from Mayor Pollard
6. Reports from Standing Committees.
7. Business or comments from visitors.
8. Possible closed Session to discuss personnel and property with no action to follow.
