Village of Smithton Park And Cemetery Committee met Sept. 25.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Trustee Elbe called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm at Village Hall. Trustees Elbe, Mourey, Hopkins and Reyling were in attendance. Eric Smith with Bel-Clair Electric and Dan O’Sullivan were in attendance.
The ballfield lighting project at the Park was discussed. Eric Smith stated that he has been doing some investigating to try to find some cost savings. The concrete for the pole installations was discussed. Direct bury instead of concrete bases for the poles was mentioned. The location for the power switches for the lights was also discussed.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 pm.
