1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of November, 2024. Salaries: $9,017.50 Fringes: $944.70 Insurance: $1,199.81.

2. Accept check # 46607 in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of November 2024.

3. Accept check # 6010916 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC in the amount of $220,355.38 for the product of leases dated 12/01/2007 and 11/01/2008.

4. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $54,396.23.

5. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $54,677.54. This is liability MO- Sept 2024, Collected MO- Oct 2024 Vouchered MO- Dec 2024.

6. Approve Resolution # 2024-12-01 pertaining to the sale of permanent parcel # 08-10-464-003 to SANVEN LLC in the amount of $1,200.00.
