CONSENT AGENDA

1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of January, 2025. Salaries: $9,756.83 Fringes: $1,047.60 Insurance: $1,274.81.

2. Accept check # 8011 in the amount of $285.00 from the Hamilton County Health Department for the reimbursement of Kunce Managed Services through the end of February 2025.

3. Accept check # 6011159 in the amount of $96,289.70 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC for the product of lease dated 11/01/2008.

4. Accept check # 46800 in the amount of $5,000.00 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of February 2025.

5. Accept check # AC6478464 in the amount of $5,200.00 from the State of Illinois for reimbursement of Election Judge pay for the November 5, 2024 General Election.

6. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $47,960.58.

7. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $48,212.75. This is liability MO- Nov 2024, Collected MO- Dec 2024, Vouchered MO- Feb 2025.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Discussion and possible approval: The Central Dispatching Agreement with the City of McLeansboro.

NEW BUSINESS:

2. Discussion and possible approval: The Lease Agreement with the University of Illinois Extension.

3. Discussion and possible approval: The request from Darlene Chapman, CEO of the Discover Downstate Illinois Tourism Board, for a certification letter recognizing them as our “state certified tourism bureau” for FY26.

4. Discussion: Case #2024LA8 update by Justin Hood.

5. Discussion and possible approval: The request from Hamilton County Ambulance for assistance from the Public Safety Tax Fund to help purchase a new ambulance.

6. Discussion and possible approval: The Claims List, Late Claims and Highway Claims with signatures of approval.

HIGHWAY RECOMMENDATION

7. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2025-02-01 to allow the Hamilton County Highway Department to participate in the State of Illinois Federal Surplus Property Program.

APPOINTMENTS

8. Discussion and possible approval: The re-appointment of David Fagan to the Hamilton County Housing Authority Board for a (5) year term to expire February 28, 2030.
