4. Approve January 2025 Financial Reports for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
5. Approve and authorize February 2025 vendor invoices for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
6. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
a) Resolution No. 02.18.25; A resolution approving a mobile home permit for 605 and 607 N. First Street.
b) Seek bids for Digester Rehabilitation at the Waste Water Treatment Plant using IEPA loan proceeds with 45% forgiveness.
c) North American Substation Services, LLC Estimate for Transformer B in the amount of $43500.
d) MSHS Service Estimate for Engine 12 for $12720.44.
e) Ordinance 1654; An ordinance of the City of Carmi, White County, IL authorizing the execution of a new power sales contract and a new capacity purchase agreement with the Illinois Municipal Electric Agency for the delivery period commencing October 1, 2035.
f) Ordinance 1655; An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 1627 for the purpose of Establishing a Reimbursement Form.
g) Brown & Roberts, Inc. pay request for Saunders Ave. Project Engineering Invoice 24-162-4 in the amount of $4,674.49 – Payable from MFT Funds.
h) Consideration of candidate for Carmi Light & Water Clerk Position
