CONSENT AGENDA

1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of July, 2025. Salaries: $9,659.66 Fringes: $1,037.25 Insurance: $1,199.81

2. Accept check # __________ in the amount of $5,000.00 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of August 2025.

3. Accept check # 6011862 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC in the amount of $160,491.74 for the product of lease dated 12/01/2007 and 11/01/2008.

4. Accept check #AC7267955 in the amount of $1,419.00 and check #AC7267954 in the amount of $868.00 from the State of Illinois in accordance with the FY2025 Illinois Voting Registration System Grant with the State Board of Elections.

5. Accept check #AC7097993 in the amount of $182,615.82 from the State of Illinois in accordance with the FY2025 Help Illinois Vote Act (HAVA) PPA Grant Agreement with the State Board of Elections. (Courthouse Parking Lot funded at 100%)

6. Accept check #40170 in the amount of $500.00 from UCCI for Q2 meeting attendance.

7. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $60,979.32.

8. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $61,256.99. This is liability MO- May 2025, Collected MO- June 2025, Vouchered MO- Aug 2025.

9. Review the FY25 Annual Budget Plan and fully executed agreement for the U of I Extension submitted by Angie Messmer.

1. Discussion and possible action: Courthouse bathroom renovations.

1. Discussion and possible approval: The request for 2025 Fall Festival sponsorship from John Perryman, Sponsorship Committee Chairman of the McLeansboro Kiwanis Club.

2. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2025-08-01 giving the County Clerk Authorization to pay monthly recurring expenses.

3. Discussion and possible approval: Invoice #1349123 from Omnify Employee Benefit Solutions for the County’s Cobra Coverage.

4. Discussion and possible approval: Payment for a 2023 Health Insurance Claim from the City of McLeansboro/Fire Department that was unsatisfied due to the transition of County Insurance Administrators.

5. Discussion and possible approval: the Claims List, Late Claims and Highway Claims with signatures of approval.
