CONSENT AGENDA
1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of August, 2025. Salaries: $9,444.16 Fringes: $1,014.27 Insurance: $1,199.81
2. Accept check # 8091 in the amount of $285.00 from the Hamilton County Health Department for the reimbursement of Kunce Managed Services through the end of August 2025.
3. Accept check # 47606 in the amount of $5,000.00 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of September 2025.
4. Accept check # 6012032 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC in the amount of $353,127.85 for the product of lease dated 12/01/2007 and 11/01/2008.
5. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $58,277.17.
6. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $58,482.97. This is liability MO- June 2025, Collected MO- July 2025, Vouchered MO- Sept 2025.
7. Approve the FY25 third quarter claim in the amount of $6,110.56 submitted by Dr. Beth Rister, ROE District #20 Superintendent.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion and possible approval: The request from Rick Rubenacker with Rocking For A Cause, Inc. for “Local Authority Approval” of their fundraising event to be held November 8, 2025 at Rubenacker Farms Shop.
2. Discussion and possible approval: The 2026 Courthouse Holiday Calendar.
3. Discussion and possible approval: Proposed 5-year agreement with NUSO for the courthouse phone service.
4. Discussion and possible approval: Estimate from E A Masonry Inc. for possible decorative concrete work on the NE corner of the courthouse.
5. Discussion and possible approval: Ordinance #2025-09-01 Hamilton County Budget Amendment.
6. Discussion and possible approval: Ordinance #2025-09-02 Hamilton County Battery Storage Systems (BESS).
7. Discussion and possible approval: the Claims List, Late Claims and Highway Claims with signatures of approval.
