2. Consider and approve a Contract and Contract Bond to award Dees, Incorporated of West Frankfort the contract to construct Section 22-09129-00-DR, a low water crossing and box culvert on CR 100E, south of Springerton for the amount of $327,789.00 as the low bidder.

3. Consider and approve IDOT Bureau of Local Roads New Form 09220 "Agreement for County Engineer's Salary Program"
