Minutes of the Previous Meeting

There being no public comments, the meeting was called to order by Supervisor Clydus Gray who asked for the reading of the August 2025 minutes. As there were no corrections, the minutes were approved with a motion by Dennis Johnson and a second by Kyle Ingram. Motion carried.

Old Business:

There was no old business to discuss.

New Business:

- Purchase of New Truck: At the request of Road Commissioner Bob Drake, a motion was made by Kyle Ingram and seconded by Becky Cross to purchase a new truck to be used by the Road District. After discussion, the motion carried unanimously.

- Annual Financial Report: As required by statute, an Annual Financial Report (AFR) is required to be submitted to the State after completion of both the annual audit as well as the annual financial statement. A motion by Becky Cross with a second by Kyle Ingram was made to approve that submission. Motion carried.

- Receipt of Tax Payments: Supervisor Gray noted the first installment of the Township’s portion of real estate taxes paid has been received. The amount of that installment amounted to $379,608.39.
