Comprehensive Plan-Public portion of the Comprehensive Plan was held tonight. The turnout was not good. Kratom-Discussion regarding banning sale of Kratom within the Village.

Ballfield Lights Procedure-We are still waiting to hear from Eric with Bel-Clair Electric before moving forward with procedures. Per Trustee Elbe one ballfield uses 20 kilowatts per hour. Once we receive the electric bill, we will be able to determine the cost.

Ballfield Fence Painting-Painting will be put on hold as it is too costly at this time. Fencing work including replacing posts that are rotted, adding crown molding and other patch work will be completed early Spring.

Bria Building and Property Future Plan-No new information. Chief Neff stated he was contacted regarding use of the property for law enforcement training. The trustees agreed that it would be okay.

At this point, Administrator Liyeos and Chief Neff left the meeting.

Christmas Bonus-The Board recommended that any full-time employee who has been with the Village less than a year receive a prorated Christmas bonus. All other employees will receive the full amount of the recommended Christmas bonus.

Trustee Elbe made a motion which was seconded by Trustee Mourey to adjourn. All Trustees were in favor. The motion was granted. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 pm.
