The meeting was called to order by President John Summers with the following members present: Jay Morgan - absent, David Allbritten, Kimberly Shoemaker, Ken Wiggs, Jason Taylor - absent, Morris Mott, Superintendent Joshua Stafford.

The meeting was called to order by President John Summers with the following members present: Jason Taylor - absent, Jay Morgan, Morris Mott, David Allbritten, Ken Wiggs, Kimberly Shoemaker, Superintendent Joshua Stafford. Visitors present: Kim Johnson, Reagan Johnson, Max Allbritten, Beth Palmer, Kenny Baker, Dianne Baker, Toni French.
Motion made by Allbritten seconded by Wiggs to approve the minutes from November 21, 2016 Bd. Mtg., with the corrections, Dec. 22, 2016 Special Bd. Mtg., and Dec. 22 Regular Bd. Mtg., and to keep previous closed session minutes closed per the semi-annual review. Roll Call: All Yes
