CONSENT AGENDA
1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of September, 2025. Salaries: $16,328.50 Fringes: $1,744.38 Insurance: $1,067.76.
2. Accept check # 47721 in the amount of $5,000.00 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of October 2025.
3. Accept check # 6012713 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC in the amount of $278,074.92 for the product of lease dated 12/01/2007 and 11/01/2008.
4. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $61,611.46.
5. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $61,648.42. This is liability MO- July 2025, Collected MO- August 2025, Vouchered MO- October 2025.
6. Approve the ROE District #20 FY26 Budget and 1st Quarter Report submitted by Dr. Beth Rister, Superintendent.

3. Discussion and possible approval: Invoice #33336 from Novacom in the amount of $10.784.99.
4. Discussion and possible approval: Invoice #20871-10022025 Air Med Care Network renewal.
5. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2025-10-01 authorizing funding of $5,000.00 for the State’s Attorney to participate in the Appellate Prosecutor Program for FY26. Invoice has been submitted on the claims list to be paid from line item #1906.
6. Discussion and possible approval: Ordinance #2025-10-01 amending the ordinance distributing public safety sales tax revenue to address dispatch costs.
7. Discussion and possible approval: FY26 ICRMT insurance program renewal. Total annual premium $193,682.00.
8. Discussion and possible approval: FY26 ICRMT unemployment insurance proposal. Rate of 3.2 %.
9. Discussion and possible approval: FY26 Cyber Liability Insurance Proposal. Total annual premium $10,357.00.
