1 Call to order at 6:05 P.M.

2 Approve the agenda without additions and corrections.                                                Approved

4a Enter closed executive session in accordance with 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11)                     Roll call-Approved

Litigation. when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent 

in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the 

minutes of the closed meeting at 6:07 P.M.

4a Return to open session at 7:24 P.M.                                                                        Roll call-Approved

5 Adjournment of the board meeting at 7:25 P.M.                                                          Approved
