The meeting was called to order by President John Summers with the following members present: Jason Taylor - absent, Matt Johnson - absent, Morris Mott, David Allbritten, Ken Wiggs, Kimberly Shoemaker - absent, Superintendent Joshua Stafford.
Motion made by Wiggs seconded by Mott to adopt the agenda. Roll Call: All Yes
